Welcome to Show Me Society™, a peer-to-peer marketplace designed to connect buyers and sellers of high-end equestrian apparel, tack, and accessories. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and disclaimers.

1. Independent Marketplace

Show Me Society™ is a listing platform only.

We provide a space where buyers and sellers can connect, but:

• We do not broker sales.
• We do not collect or hold payments.
• We do not ship items.
• We do not negotiate transactions.

All transactions occur directly between the buyer and seller.

Show Me Again® and Show Me Society™ operate as separate entities. Policies, guarantees, shipping standards, payout rules, and consignment procedures that apply to Show Me Again® do not apply to Show Me Society™.

2. Seller Verification & Listing Approval

Show Me Society™ strives to maintain a trusted, high-end marketplace. We take reasonable steps to verify sellers and review listings, including:

• Requiring seller registration
• Vetted listings prior to publishing
• No reproductions, knockoffs, or counterfeit items allowed

However, verification is not a guarantee.

Sellers are independent third parties, and Show Me Society™ cannot guarantee authenticity, quality, or accuracy of any item.

3. User Responsibility

By using this platform, you acknowledge:

• It is your responsibility to conduct due diligence before buying or selling.
• You engage in transactions at your own risk.
• You must use safe payment methods and verify information as needed.
• You are responsible for resolving your own disputes.

We strongly encourage users to communicate clearly, request additional photos or proof of authenticity, and keep records of all transactions.

4. Reporting Concerns

If you suspect:

• A counterfeit item
• A fraudulent user
• Misrepresentation
• Unethical behavior

You may report the listing or user through provided channels.

Show Me Society™ reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Warn users
• Remove listings
• Suspend or remove marketplace access
• Ban buyers or sellers for unethical, unsafe, or unprofessional conduct

We are under no obligation to intervene in disputes, but we may take action to protect the integrity of the marketplace.

5. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Show Me Society™ and Show Me Again® are not liable for any damages, losses, fraud, shipping issues, communication breakdowns, or payment disputes arising from buyer-seller interactions.
• Users agree to hold Show Me Society™ harmless from claims related to transactions conducted through the platform.

You understand and agree that you use the marketplace at your own risk.

6. Listing Removal & Compliance

We reserve the right to remove:

• Counterfeit or suspected counterfeit items
• Listings violating our no-reproduction policy
• Unsafe or inappropriate content
• Items not aligned with the high-end standards of Show Me Society™

Show Me Society™ maintains discretion in determining what may be listed.

7. Platform Changes

We may update features, fees, rules, or terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using Show Me Society™, registering as a seller, purchasing a listing, or purchasing an item that is listed on the platform, you acknowledge:

• You have read and understood these terms
• You understand that Show Me Society™ is not a party to any sale
• You accept full responsibility for your interactions and transactions
• You agree to abide by all marketplace rules

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
